Sylvie and Marc have transformed this property into a modern, certified organic estate. The natural residual sugars from the 35% Sauvignon Gris remain after fermentation giving this wine a good amount of sweetness which is balanced by the acidity from the 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chenin and from spending 9 months in French oak barrels. They describe it as fruity, fresh, righteouness with a slightly woody complex personality!
