Notes: The Château Les Hauts de Caillevel estate is located in Pomport, just south of Bergerac in the Dordogne, and the wines produced here express the unique terroir of the Monbazillac plateau. The estate has been fully organic since 2010 and uses sustainable farming practices with minimal sulphites added to the wines.

Terres Chaudes is a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, selected from the estate’s best plots and matured in oak for 12 months. A beautifully structured wine with soft tannins, aromas of red fruits and spices and a hint of liquorice on the finish. Excellent with red meats, game or cheese.
