Notes: Domaine de Fontavin was established in 1989 by the Chouvet family, who have been producing wine in the Rhone region for many generations. Today the Domaine owns 45 hectares of vines across 8 communes in the Southern Rhone, including Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and has been certified as an organic producer since 2008. This Côtes du Rhône rosé is a blend of 70% Grenache noir, 25% Cinsault and 5% Syrah, and has delicate notes of citrus fruits, peach and a hint of ginger. Delicious as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to salads, pizza and vegetarian dishes.
