Notes: Domaine de Fontavin was established in 1989 by the Chouvet family, who have been producing wine in the Rhone region for many generations. Today the Domaine owns 45 hectares of vines across 8 communes in the Southern Rhone, including Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and has been certified as an organic producer since 2008. This white Côtes du Rhone is a blend of 70% Grenache blanc with Marsanne and Roussanne. Notes of pear and acacia on the nose lead to a balanced palate with hints of white flowers. A great match for grilled fish or curries.
