Notes: Heron’s Flight was established in 1987 in the Matakana hills, where conditions have proven perfect for the Italian grape varieties Sangiovese and Dolcetto. The 2018 Volare combines Sangiovese with 7% Dolcetto to impart cherry notes to a medium-bodied palate with fruity, red berry flavours. Excellent with pasta dishes.
