Notes: Domaine de Fontavin was established in 1989 by the Chouvet family, who have been producing wine in the Rhone region for many generations. Today the Domaine owns 45 hectares of vines across 8 communes in the Southern Rhone, including Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and has been certified as an organic producer since 2008. This Vacqueyras is a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah and has dense and velvety notes of berry fruit. Silky, elegant and with a long finish, it pairs well with roast beef.
