Notes: Domaine de Fontavin was established in 1989 by the Chouvet family, who have been producing wine in the Rhone region for many generations. Today the Domaine owns 45 hectares of vines across 8 communes in the Southern Rhone, including Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and has been certified as an organic producer since 2008. This white Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a blend of 70% Grenache blanc and 30% Roussanne, yielding a full-bodied, rich and complex wine with notes of apricot, peach, dried fruits and honey. Well-suited to fish such as salmon and monkfish, white meats and cheeses.
