Notes: Produced with 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella grapes by one of Italy’s best co-operatives in the Valpantena area northeast of Verona. This wine uses the traditional ‘ripasso’ method of secondary fermentation on the skins of dried Amarone grapes, adding depth and richness to the finished wine. The result is a full-bodied Valpolicella with luxurious notes of chocolate, raisin and nutmeg complementing the classic cherry flavours of Corvina.
