Notes: Chateau Musar red is an equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Carignan from vineyards in the Bekaa Valley. The varietals are aged in French oak barrels for a year and after blending and bottling the wine spends four years maturing in the deep stone cellars of Chateau Musar, before being released, seven years after the initial harvest.

The 2014 vintage has aromas of plum and cherry with notes of spice and tobacco. On the palate it is rounded and velvety with concentrated red fruit flavours and hints of mocha and caramel. Excellent with roast lamb, casseroles and cheeses.
